Check the availability of attendees

When planning a meeting, you can check the schedule of required and optional attendees to determine the best time for everyone to meet.

  1. In the meeting request form, type the names of the people you want to attend your meeting, and then click Availability on the toolbar.

    The availability chart automatically opens to the day of your meeting. All attendees' schedules are displayed on the chart, along with your own schedule. The chart indicates when people are busy. The top line, All Attendees, summarizes everyone's schedule.

  2. Choose a time that doesn't intersect a blue or purple bar. After you determine a time for the meeting, click Go Back to Appointment on the toolbar.
